How do I join a class?
Your teachers and the office have already set up classes and invited pupils to join. Check your emails for an invite with a 'join' link. If you haven't received this invite you can either check with your classmates who should be able to share the joining code with you or complete our support request form.
I don’t have my own device at home, how can I get access to Google Classrooms?
You can log in to Google Classrooms via GLOW from any internet enabled device. That could be a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. If you don't have access to a device at home, please email khsoffice@pkc.gov.uk.
I've forgotten my GLOW password, what should I do?
If you've forgotten or don't know your GLOW login details, please complete our support request form.
