Practical Electronics National 5
1) Circuit Design
2) Circuit Construction
3) Circuit Simulation
This course looks at electronic circuits and gives a good practical and theoretical grounding in making and using them.
Learners are expected to have studied successfully at least physics at National four or another science at national five level. Evidence of numeracy skills, such as a National five pass in Maths, would also be helpful here.
Written exam (1hr) = 30%
Practical assignment = 70%
Further study or work in electronics or engineering.
